Puss in Boots appears in Shrek Two and Shrek the Third. There was also a game realeased using the character Puss in Boots. 

About The Author

Charles Perrault was a french author. His most famous stories are still in print today. Some of his stories are Little Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty, and our very own Puss in Boots. So this guy basically wrote all of the famous childhood stories.

IN PUSS IN BOOTS A MILLER DIES AND HE HAS THREE SONS THE FATHER DIES. ONE OF HIS SONS IS LEFT WITH NOTHING BUT A CAT. HE SAID HE EVENTULLY WAS GOING TO DIE OF STARVATION. HE TOLD THE SON TO LISTEN TO HIM AND HIS FORTUNES WILL BE MADE. THE SON DOES FOLLOW WHAT THE CAT SAYS AND HE BECOMES FAMOUS.
